Weather conditions Warning

Note: Tocho-Morocho is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. 

What you can do:

 • Please check the weather conditions in your area.

  • Choose a faster shipping method for all treats that could melt or pop.

• Track your order to know when it has been delivered to the shipping address.

 We are located and ship from San Marcos, CA

 

We import our products from Tijuana B.C Mexico.

Is your product fresh?

100% fresh

All products have an expiration date printed on the package.

 

How long will it take to receive my order within the US?

 Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Depending on the method you select at checkout, transit times can vary. All orders include tracking numbers to track your order. Listed below are normal transit times based on the courier. The holiday season may impact transit time.

  • Free Shipping/USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.

  • First Class Shipping: 2-7 business days.

 

 

How is shipping calculated?

We use USPS First Class parcel service for any orders that are 16 oz or lighter. This option takes 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, USPS does not allow parcels that are over a certain weight to use this service.  

 

 

 

Damaged/ Lost or stolen packages

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.  If you receive a damaged product, please email us with a picture of the damaged product for a possible replacement or refund.

Tocho-Morocho is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/ products.

 

Returned Packages

Tocho-Morocho is not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete addresses, wrong addresses, and/or if the delivery service is unable to deliver. A refund minus all shipping costs will be issued for returned packages
